  2. I never really got this exercise. I never feel it in my abs, just my
    shoulders. I usually do around a minute and a half and have to take a break
    so my shoulders will stop burning, but its never because of my abs.

    1. not doing it for long enough / form sucks. Make sure your but isnt high in
      the air, or you will feel it in your shoulders.

    2. Try doing 20 second planks with a 10 second pause. Do that 8 times (=4min).
      Make sure that during those 20 sec the tension in your body is as high as
      possible. If you can’t do 4 min in your first try, do 2 or 3 min first but
      don’t try to save up energy for the last rounds.

  3. Start easy and in one month you shoud do just fine.
    DAY 1 – 20 SECONDS
    DAY 2 – 20 SECONDS
    DAY 3 – 30 SECONDS
    DAY 4 – 30 SECONDS
    DAY 5 – 40 SECONDS
    DAY 6 – REST
    DAY 7 – 45 SECONDS

    DAY 9 – 60 SECONDS
    DAY 10 – 60 SECONDS
    DAY 11 – 60 SECONDS
