    I can`t even flex my biceps and its all pumped up. How do you end up doing
    so many exercises for such small muscle? You do 5 dropset exercises that is
    monster! If your muscle is destroyed after a dropset what is the point of
    another 4 exercise? I am beginner and just trying to make sense out of
    this, no offense to Scott!
